It is not a question of "believe" anymore, but sorting out the facts and getting to the truth, which is out there. Most people ignore the facts as it way beyond they paradigm or what they have been accustomed to. 

There are videos of serious people on my site, like astronauts for example. They are not crazy 'conspiracy nuts', but very serious people. There are ex-military, pilots and ex-government officials from several countries, including ex-defense minister of Canada speaking out as well as well documented UFO encounters by few US presidents. Past Governor of New Mexico admits there was something unexplained during "phoenix lights" night event, which is still undisclosed. Few countries already disclosed UFo information, which media is not reporting about. There was good Larry King shows about the whole topic few years back, can find it on my site or Youtube.

Area 51 is the most famous incident with many old people giving testimonials now. 

The US government hides the truth from its citizens and is involved in mass conspiracy hiding extraterrestrial presence. I guess because of the consequences it could bring while revealing such contact, but possibly they may want to extract alien technology for military porpoise by re-engineering "flying saucers" to get advantage over the enemy.

Happiness

You can find happiness inside only, not outside. It is totally  up to you to be happy or to be sad. By choosing to be happy you align yourself with positive forces, which will guide you toward even greater happiness. It is important not to pay attention how it is done, but simply give up ego and go with the flow of positive force. The fear is our main enemy and we should overcome it by facing it. There is nothing to be afraid of, once we ace the fear, we will see it is all illusion in out mind.

Second the most important thing is that we must strictly obey moral code and try to be a good person. If we do this we align ourself with the coming 2012 changes and be able to progress. I think at this point that certain group of alien entities wants to control this world by entering human body and moving it toward the direction of when they will be able to easily control it. These entities are on lower vibrational frequencies of the 5th dimension. They lower our vibration by leading us toward bad actions and bad behavior. These alien entities is what we call demons/ghosts. They can enter human body and make people do terrible things. We also call them reptiles, as they could be of reptilian origin. They are very advanced race living on the edges of 5th dimension, unable to progress to the higher levels of existence.

It could all well be truth, who knows. Even if pure fiction somebody put a lot of effort into this.

Code

It is all a computer code. There are programs embedded to each action you wan to take. The program is preventing you to succeed by injecting emotions such as fear, anger, sadness and other negative emotions. The key is to do actions require and face sadness and fear by replacing it with positive emotions such as love, excitement and happiness. Required actions we need to do are the result of our logical analysis. We focus our mind while experiencing negative emotions and we focus on positive ones at that moment.

We should not be required to sacrifice our happiness for others, rather we should be allowed to share our happiness with them.

The whole current level of reality we experience is based on our low conciseness level. It is based on low, negative vibrations. We need to raise our vibration to experience higher states of mind and real happiness.
