In my opinion he should not be prosecuted in us, he is a journalist and it is against freedom of speach. It will be important precedense allowing prosecution of jurnalists, including foreigners. This is the way China and Inran operates.
Censorship of Internet could follow. We should preserve American freedooms that are being taken away slowly.
On the other side people are becoming aware as they follow those kind of cases. Once they loose their houses and cars, they will care more.
The weather, flooding, animal deaths, technology, terrorists are the sign of times. Dangerous time we live in.
